US President's Special Representative Keith Kellogg is set to arrive in Ukraine. This was reported by Reuters.
"Ukraine and Europe are coming to an agreement on security guarantees," the journalist added.
It is worth noting that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has once again stated that he is ready for a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin in any format.
