Armenia and Azerbaijan Close to Achieving Peace, Blinken Says
Armenia and Azerbaijan are close to reaching a peace agreement. This statement was made by U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken during a tripartite meeting in Washington involving Armenia, the U.S., and Azerbaijan.
"Today's meeting is yet another opportunity to discuss the progress made in peace negotiations. Based on the interactions, including discussions from recent weeks, I believe the parties are close to reaching an agreement on peace, which the United States firmly supports," stated the U.S. Secretary of State.
