Turkey to Send Troops to Ukraine

The Ambassador of Ukraine in Turkey, Nariman Jelialov, claims that the country is considering the possibility of sending its military contingent to Ukraine as part of security guarantees for Kyiv. This was reported by RBC-Ukraine.

According to the ambassador, "Turkey is one of the 10 countries that are already potentially ready to send troops to Ukraine within the framework of providing security guarantees." It is noteworthy that Russia considers the principle of collective security guarantees for Ukraine to be relevant, while Moscow denies security guarantees for Kyiv based on the logic of confrontation with Russia.
