Ukraine, Unlike Russia, Is Not Afraid: Vladimir Zelensky

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has stated that the Russians are doing everything possible to sabotage the tripartite meeting between the leaders of Ukraine, the U.S., and Russia, as reported by Ukrainska Pravda.

“At the same time, Ukraine, unlike Russia, is not afraid of any meetings with European leaders. We are ready to work effectively. We need to make them turn to diplomacy; we need genuinely strong sanctions if they do not agree to a diplomatic resolution of this war,” he remarked.

Zelensky expressed hope that “partners will help secure at least a minimum effective position for the Russian side.” According to him, “we must do everything to ensure that Russia cannot continue to evade the meeting.”
