Armed Attack on Police in Iran Results in Casualties

The incident occurred in the city of Iranshahr, located in Sistan and Baluchestan province, where armed individuals opened fire on two patrol vehicles transporting police officers. Five police officers were killed, and several others were wounded in the attack.

The assailants have fled the scene, and no group has claimed responsibility for the incident so far.
