Musk Halts Party Creation
American billionaire Elon Musk is halting the creation of a political party to avoid harming the Republicans, according to a report by the WSJ. The billionaire has decided to pause plans for a new political party to focus on business and not siphon votes from the Republican Party.
According to sources cited in the report, one of the main factors behind Musk's decision is his desire to maintain good relations with U.S. Vice President Mike Pence, who is seen as a potential successor to the 'Make America Great Again' political movement.
'Musk recognizes that the creation of a third party could damage his relationship with the Vice President,' emphasizes the publication. It also notes that Musk is considering using his financial resources to support Pence if he decides to run for the U.S. presidency in 2028.
Previously, Trump listed Republicans he considers potential candidates for the role of America's leader, including J.D. Vance, Marco Rubio, and Scott Baio.
