Boy's Head Squeezed Under Car Window, Laughter and Suffocation Ensued: The Ministry of Internal Affairs Responds

A video has circulated online showing an individual pressing a boy's head under a car window, laughing, and suffocating him. It has been noted that the suffocating boy was speaking in the dialect of Gyumri.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs has responded to the video in question, after which it was removed from social media.

“One user posted a video on the Facebook social network that depicted a manifest criminal act against a man. Following this publication, officers from the Criminal Police of Shirak Province took necessary measures the same day, identifying both the alleged victim and the person who committed the alleged crime. Documentation regarding the incident has been submitted to the territorial investigative body, where a criminal case has been initiated,” stated the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
