New Details on the Sudden Death of a Conscription Soldier: Investigative Committee

Auroranews contacted the Investigative Committee regarding the death of serviceman Vahe Zakaryan to clarify the details. According to the Investigative Committee, a criminal proceedings has been initiated under the features of Article 155, Part 1 of the Criminal Code.

“External examination of the body did not reveal any physical injuries. A forensic examination of the corpse has been appointed. The preliminary investigation is ongoing,” said the spokesperson for the Investigative Committee.

It should be noted that Vahe Grigori Zakaryan, a soldier from Military Unit N of the Ministry of Defense, suddenly passed away yesterday. Vahe Zakaryan was from Martuni city in the Gegharkunik region.
