Fire in One of Yerevan's Buildings

On August 16, at 14:33, the National Crisis Management Center received a call reporting smoke from the roof of a building on Vardanants Street in Yerevan. Firefighting units from the Fire and Rescue Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations were dispatched to the scene, consisting of two firefighting teams and one aerial ladder.

The fire was contained by 15:12 and extinguished by 15:40. The wooden structures of the roof were damaged, covering an area of approximately 40 square meters.
