Use of Electronic System for Administrative Proceedings in Armenia to Become Mandatory

Starting from August 25, the Ministry of Justice will launch a new electronic system for administrative proceedings, allowing citizens, lawyers, and all state bodies to fully submit claims, appeals, and other procedural actions digitally, quickly, and without delays. This information has been provided by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia.

From August 25, the use of this system will become mandatory for participants in administrative proceedings, including all state and local self-governing bodies, other authorities conducting administrative procedures, their officials, legal entities, individual entrepreneurs represented by lawyers, bankruptcy managers, accredited mediators, notaries, and more.

For individuals, the use of the system will become mandatory if they perform any action through the new system at least once within the framework of an administrative case and do not subsequently inform the court reviewing the case about the impossibility of using the system.
