USA to Sell Weapons to Ukraine Regardless of Negotiation Outcomes

The United States will continue to sell weapons to NATO countries for Ukraine, even if negotiations with Russia do not yield the expected results. This was reported by RBC-Ukraine, referencing Axios.

“Even if diplomatic efforts fail, U.S. President Donald Trump will continue to sell weapons to NATO countries for Ukraine,” an American official stated.

He also emphasized that even though Trump’s rhetoric sometimes sounds pro-Russian, it is only because the American leader believes that such messages will help in reaching a deal with Russia.

“He is still angry at Putin. He is really tired of it,” added the White House source. According to the agency, there is a consensus within Trump’s administration in recent months that the U.S. and its allied countries can weaken the Russian economy in just a few days.
