Aliyev received everything he wanted, while Pashinyan and Trump got their share of hyper-populism, stated the former Minister of Defense of Armenia, Arshak Karapetyan.

"You are trying to sell a signed blank document to the Armenian people as a peace process; however, in reality, this is a packaged surrender of statehood. This is the real, painful truth. Unfortunately, all of my forecasts regarding these catastrophic processes are becoming a reality.
