The agreement to be signed between Armenia and Azerbaijan will mark the beginning of a peace treaty. This was stated by U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio.

According to the U.S. Secretary of State, Trump is in favor of peace and will maintain a peaceful stance. “We intervened in the conflict between India and Pakistan, and our leader was able to restore peace. Recently, similar events took place in Cambodia and Thailand. We hope to achieve this with respect to Azerbaijan and Armenia, and on Friday we will sign an agreement that will be the beginning of a peace treaty,” Rubio said.
