If Roads Open for Azerbaijan, They Open for Armenia as Well: Hripsime Grigoryan

“It is a lie, distortion, and manipulation that Armenia has agreed to or will agree to any ‘corridor’ solution. This was stated by HR A Parliamentary Civil Contract faction member Hripsime Grigoryan on her social media page.

“The truth is that Armenia will accept an agreement that includes the principles we have consistently stated publicly: based on sovereignty, territorial integrity, and legal authority, with a principle of reciprocity for unblocking. This means that any infrastructure that passes through the territory of Armenia will operate in accordance with Armenian legislation.

Moreover, reciprocity implies that if roads are opened for Azerbaijan, they will also be opened for Armenia. I emphasize that all roads and other infrastructures passing through Armenian territory will be under Armenian jurisdiction and fully compliant with Armenian legislation. Anyone who says otherwise is either uninformed or working against Armenia. There is no third option,” wrote the MP.
