New Director Appointed for HETC's Debed Branch

Romanos Petrosyan has introduced Tigran Hovsepyan as the newly appointed director of the HETC's Debed branch. He expressed hope that significant reforms will be implemented in a short period to improve the quality of service for citizens.

During the meeting, several issues related to the further activities of HETC were also discussed. It is noteworthy that Hovsepyan served as the assistant to the governor of Lori province from 2020 to 2022.

Earlier, Sarik Minasyan was appointed as the director of HETC’s Shirak regional unit. Additionally, several personnel changes have occurred within HETC.
