Jailed former MP Ruben Hakobyan has sent a letter from the 'Nubarashen' prison.

“What is the program of the anti-Armenian trio? Following the developments around the so-called 'peace agreement', I believe that by the end of the year, a document will be signed or pre-signed that submits Armenia to the mercy of the enemy, which has been edited and finalized during Nikol Pashinyan's recent meetings with Erdoğan and Aliyev. The Turkish-Azerbaijani tandem, through its power-hungry scourge, is once again attempting to impose the final vilification of Armenia. It is also evident that the actual role of Iran and Russia is practically absent in this program, with the agreement and patronage of certain Western institutions,” wrote Hakobyan.

Then, addressing the opposition, he stated, “I am convinced that the only way to prevent Armenia's rapid degradation is to force Nikol Pashinyan to resign with a unified agenda. During this period, we must also be able to neutralize the sectional antagonism and intolerance present in our internal life as much as possible with credible steps, and prepare to conduct parliamentary elections within the specified timeframe. I am not categorical in these approaches; other options can also be discussed. However, society's attention should not be diverted by practically zero-level, non-viable options. And when the insidious scenario planned together by the anti-Armenian trio is realized, it means that we truly deserve both this situation and the national destructive scourge of prime ministership,” it is stated in the letter.
