HETC's Debed Branch Welcomes New Director

Romanos Petrosyan has introduced Tigran Hovsepian as the newly appointed director of the HETC LLC's Debed branch. He expressed hope that significant reforms will be implemented in a short period to enhance the quality of citizen services.

During the meeting, several issues related to the future operations of HETC were also discussed. It is noteworthy that Hovsepian served as the assistant to the Governor of Lori Province from 2020 to 2022.

Previously, Sarik Minasyan had been appointed as the director of HETC's Shirak regional office.
