HETC Plans Market Preliminary Study

The Armenia Electric Networks (HETC) company intends to organize a competitive procurement process aimed at acquiring design services within the energy sector, including the construction of cable and overhead lines, substations, and other engineering infrastructures. This information was provided by HETC.

To ensure the objectivity, inclusiveness, and transparency of the competitive process initiated by the company, it is planned to conduct a preliminary market study, carry out price inquiries, and receive offers from a wide range of economic operators in the sector.

For the purpose of conducting price inquiries, the company invites legal entities and individual entrepreneurs interested in participating to submit their name, contact telephone number, and email address to the following email address by August 6 of this year.

After the deadline, the company representative will contact all economic operators who are interested in participating in the mentioned process to ensure the further progression of the price inquiry.
