HEC to Launch Large-Scale Procurement Processes for Project Works, Romanos Petrosyan
In the beginning of next week, HEC will officially launch several procurement processes for large-scale project works simultaneously. This was stated by the interim manager of HEC LLC, Romanos Petrosyan, on their Facebook page.
“Prior to this, it will be necessary to conduct quotation (bidding) processes for the precise calculations of the estimated costs of the procurement objects, and to ensure maximum involvement of actors operating in the energy sector, we will carry out an extensive awareness campaign. The procurement concerns the project works related to the annual investment program with a budget of about 50 billion AMD (including reconstruction and modernization of substations, construction of electrical lines, etc.) and several tens of thousands of connections.
Note that until now, such scale of works was carried out by a monopolistic organization at the prices it 'dictated' and under the conditions it 'dictated',” wrote Petrosyan.
