The Court of Appeal of the Criminal Case has denied the appeals of Mikael Srabazhan's defenders against the lower court’s ruling to apply custody.
It has been stated that Mikael Srabazhan will remain in custody.

The court has restricted Mikael Srabazhan's communications, allowing contact only with close relatives and his defenders.
