Escalating Tensions Between Armenia and Azerbaijan on Turkey's Security Council Agenda

On July 30, Turkey will hold the fourth meeting of the year for its National Security Council, chaired by President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan. This was reported by Ermenihaber.am.
The agenda for the security council meeting will include topics such as the disarmament process of the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK), recognized as a terrorist organization by Turkey, recent developments in Syria, the Russia-Ukraine conflict, and the purchase of European-produced Eurofighter jets.
Turkish pro-government newspaper Türkiye gazetesi also notes that the meeting will discuss the "occasionally escalating tensions" between Armenia and Azerbaijan in the South Caucasus.
