Aeroflot Fully Stabilizes Its Flight Schedule
Russian airline Aeroflot has announced that it has fully stabilized its flight schedule following a system disruption caused by a hacking attack. On July 29, the airline successfully operated 100% of its planned 216 round-trip flights departing from Moscow, as well as all 73 regional flights bypassing Moscow.
To date, the airline's schedule includes 241 round-trip flights to and from Moscow, as well as 73 flights in regional areas.
It is worth noting that hackers had compromised the systems of the Russian airline Aeroflot. Earlier reports suggested that the restoration of Aeroflot's systems could take up to six months, with damages estimated between $10 million and $50 million.
