Russia Extends Gasoline Export Ban
Mariam Z.
The Russian government has extended the restrictions on gasoline exports imposed on direct producers of oil products, which will remain in effect until August 31, 2025 (inclusive).
This decision was made to maintain a stable situation in the domestic fuel market during the period of seasonal high demand and agricultural fieldwork.
Earlier, RBC reported, citing sources familiar with the discussions, that a one-month embargo for major fuel producers is also being considered, with the possibility of extending it until September.
