Gagik Tsarukyan Sues Abovyan Community

Leader of the Prosperous Armenia Party Gagik Tsarukyan has filed a lawsuit against the Abovyan community in Kotayk Province. This information was reported by the judicial-information system 'Datalex.'

In his lawsuit, Tsarukyan seeks to invalidate the Abovyan community's decision dated 27.05.2025. No further details have been presented in the system.

On the Kotayk community’s website, a decision regarding Tsarukyan is available. According to that decision, Tsarukyan was fined 100,000 drams for using land for non-designated purposes. The administrative case has been assigned to Judge Ani Chilingaryan.

It should be noted that the current mayor of Abovyan is Eduard Babayan, who was previously Tsarukyan's bodyguard chief.
