Gyumri Municipality Apologizes

The Gyumri Municipality has issued a clarification regarding a video circulating on the internet. The video shows the fountains in downtown Gyumri 'dancing' to the tune of the Russian song 'Doliya Vorovskaya.'

The Municipality explains that the incident was a result of a technical glitch. A specialist was unable to control the music due to technical issues in the system. Following measures taken, the issue has been rectified, and after receiving an explanation from the responsible party, disciplinary action will be considered if necessary.

We apologize to the residents of Gyumri for the inconvenience caused. The technical malfunction has been resolved, and the Municipality assures that control will be tightened to prevent such incidents from happening again.
