The Government Operates on the Principle of 'No People, No Problems': Abrahamyan

Secretary of the "I Have Honor" faction Tigran Abrahamyan has made a post on his Facebook page.

"The government's social policy regarding the people of Artsakh has created a difficult situation for families who have not resolved their housing issues. Even those who have jobs find that their income does not allow them to pay rent and meet minimal living conditions. Even people who are trying to obtain housing certificates have to wait a long time for their citizenship process, which is accompanied by severe social issues," he wrote.

Abrahamyan noted that some individuals benefit from abuses, while others have homes or certain financial reserves, but this actually constitutes a small percentage of people forcibly displaced from Artsakh. "Second, those who have committed crimes—be it through theft or any other means—should be held legally accountable, but this should not be generalised to everyone. Third, there are attempts to incite clashes within Artsakh and create artificial divisions between Armenians from Armenia and those from Artsakh, pitting people against each other. The government operates on the principle of 'no people, no problems' and is driving people towards emigration," Abrahamyan stated.
