Moment of the AN-24 Aircraft Crash Yesterday
A video has surfaced on social media showing the moment of the crash of an AN-24 aircraft in the Amur region yesterday, resulting in the deaths of all passengers and crew members.
It is noteworthy that the AN-24 aircraft, operated by the airline, departed from Khabarovsk on a route to Blagoveshchensk and Tynda. It lost contact at a control point located just a few kilometers from its destination. The aircraft reportedly did not signal any potential issues and, according to reports, disappeared from radar after entering the second circuit for landing.
Aerial rescuers stated that the aircraft attempted to land in conditions of 10-point overcast and surrounded by mountains. However, the weather at the airport was considered suitable for accepting flights.
There were approximately 50 people on board, including 6 crew members, according to various sources.
