821 Apartments Seized from Former Mayor of Vladivostok
The Lenin District Court of Vladivostok has decided in favor of the state to seize 821 real estate properties and nearly 600 million rubles belonging to the family of former city mayor Vladimir Nikolaev. This was reported by the Joint Press Service of the Judicial System of Primorsky Krai.
The court has transferred the apartments to federal ownership on the grounds that they were acquired through corrupt means. The court's ruling grants the state revenue by converting the property complex of a health resort, a hotel, 12 land plots, 12 buildings, and 32 non-residential premises.
