Peskov: It Is Hard to Imagine Overcoming the Distance Considering the Volume of Work

Russian President Vladimir Putin's press secretary Dmitry Peskov finds it difficult to imagine how to overcome the "distance" ahead of a potential meeting between the presidents of Russia and Ukraine.

"Considering the volume of work, it is hard to imagine how to rapidly overcome this distance," he stated.

The idea of a meeting between the two countries' leaders was recently proposed by the Ukrainian side in Istanbul.
