Peskov Discusses the ‘Zangezur Corridor’ Issue

The Kremlin has stated that the issue of the ‘Zangezur Corridor’ is a sovereign matter between Armenia and Azerbaijan. We fully support the negotiations between Azerbaijan and Armenia. We hope that Baku and Yerevan will reach an agreement as soon as possible. We will continue our readiness to provide any assistance to this process if necessary,” Peskov said.

It is worth mentioning that Turkish President Erdogan had announced that Ilham Aliyev wishes to launch the ‘Zangezur Corridor’ as soon as possible for the benefit of the entire region.
