Zelensky on New Phases of Prisoner Exchanges

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has announced several new phases of prisoner exchanges.

"As part of the agreements reached during the second meeting in Istanbul, several phases of exchanges are expected. At the same time, we continue other actions aimed at the release of our citizens, both military personnel and civilians. This work is coordinated by the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, with all necessary structures and forces involved," he wrote.

It is noteworthy that Zelensky had ordered the formation of a delegation for negotiations with Russia. It is mentioned that the delegation will again be headed by Rustem Umerov.
