Tax Declaration for Leased Property Must Be Submitted to the Tax Authority Within the Stipulated Time: Internal Revenue Committee

The Government of Armenia's Internal Revenue Committee has issued a statement.

“Dear citizen, if you are leasing your real estate, you must submit a declaration to the tax authority within the next 5 days. For the reporting year of 2024, in order to pay income tax from leasing, you need to submit an income tax calculation-declaration through the unified electronic services system for individuals by November 1 of this year.

Remember, for leases, the income tax rate is 10%; however, if the total amount you receive from rents during the tax year exceeds 60 million drams, an additional 10% income tax will be calculated on the excess amount.”
