Only 82,000 of 860,000 Citizens Have Filled Out Declarations: Nairi Sargsyan

Nairi Sargsyan, the head of the 'I Am Armenia' initiative, stated on Facebook:

'Of more than 860,000 citizens in Armenia, only 82,000 have filled out declarations, and that too against a backdrop of coercion and threats. This is a clear signal that society is boycotting and rejecting the mandatory declaration system. About 780,000 people refuse to participate in this process, which resembles more a system of tax pressure and control than a mechanism for transparency.'
