Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has held a phone conversation with Starmer. This was reported by the press service of the Turkish Presidency.
The leaders of Turkey and the United Kingdom discussed the regional and international agenda, including the situation in the Gaza Strip.
Erdogan expressed hope that the work on updating the trade agreement would be completed by the end of the current year.
