Ukraine Proposes Next Week for Negotiations with Russia
Ukraine has proposed to hold the next round of negotiations with Russia next week. This was announced by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky in his evening address.
“We need to increase the dynamics of negotiations. Everything must be done to achieve a ceasefire. The Russian side must stop hiding from decisions,” he stated.
Zelensky also added that he is preparing for a new prisoner exchange.
