Two Employees Conceal Evidence After Murder at Armavir Gas Station
Following a murder at a gas station in the Armavir region, two employees of the gas station have committed acts to cover up the crime. This was reported by the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Armenia.
“The shift manager of the gas station instructed the gas attendant to wash away the bloodstains left in the gas station area with water, to collect and dispose of the shell casings scattered around due to gunfire, and then to wash away the blood once again, thereby organizing and directing the gas attendant K.B.'s efforts to conceal the crimes,” the statement reads.
A public criminal prosecution has been initiated against the shift manager of the gas station under the first part of Article 46-474 of the Criminal Code (organizing assistance to a person who has committed a crime), and against the gas attendant under the first part of Article 474 (supporting a person who has committed a crime).
