Fire Breaks Out in Khosrov Forest State Reserve

A fire has broken out in the Khosrov Forest State Reserve. Approximately 4-5 hectares of fir forest are currently burning in an area known as Handadzor.

Staff from the Khosrov State Reserve and inspectors from the Caucasus Nature Reserve are heading to the fire zone equipped with the necessary tools. From the Ministry of Emergency Situations, three fire-fighting teams and seven operational groups have been dispatched to the scene. In total, 41 rescue workers are involved in the efforts.
