Explosions and Internet Outages: Drones Attack Several Regions of Russia

Explosions, fires, and internet outages have been reported in several regions of Russia following a nighttime drone attack. According to Russian authorities and eyewitnesses, unmanned aerial vehicles targeted multiple sites in the cities of Cheboksary, Engels, and Saratov on the night of July 5.

The governor of the Saratov region stated that debris from the drones damaged residential buildings in both Engels and Saratov. Locals from Engels reported several explosions in the vicinity of the military airport on social media.
