New Changes Regarding Driver's License Rights

According to a draft law proposing amendments and supplements to the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia, it is suggested that an individual who does not possess the right to drive a vehicle and is caught driving a vehicle will be considered a criminal offense if the same act is committed again within one year after the application of the legally established penalties.
This was announced today in the National Assembly by Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs Armen Mkrtchyan. For more details, see the video.
