Russia is the existential enemy of the United States, while Ukraine is 'America's ally.' This was stated by Ukrainian leader Volodymyr Zelensky in an interview with Sky News.

He found it difficult to respond to the question regarding the relationship between Presidents Vladimir Putin and Donald Trump, noting that 'there are different signals in this matter.'

'And I am confident that President Trump understands that Ukrainians are America's allies. And the real existential enemy of the United States is Russia. They can be partners for a short time, but they will never be friends,' said Zelensky.
