Samvel Karapetyan Issues Statement

The current authorities have managed to turn the political arena into a circus. The National Assembly has become a large ring for hand-to-hand combat. Unable to withstand objective criticisms, particularly from strong female politicians such as Anna Grigoryan, Kristine Vardanyan, Agnessa Khmoyan, Anna Mkrtchyan, and Taguhi Tovmasyan, the small faction, lacking any response, periodically engages in hand-to-hand combat with female politicians defending their rights.

Samvel Karapetyan has issued a statement through his legal team. "I want to clarify who this small faction is. They represent the uncivilized, disrespectful wing of the ruling party which is ready to destroy all of the country's values at the slightest provocation, to belittle all sacred things. I am confident that there are decent individuals among that group, for whom all this is, to put it mildly, disgusting and unpleasant. I advise them not to be afraid, not to forget basic human values, and not to become the cursed ones of the Armenian nation. It doesn’t take much; one must try to face our people and declare in front of them: I am Armenian. Soon we will have internal solidarity together. We will fight.
