Zakharova on the Displaced Persons from Nagorno-Karabakh

The issue of humanitarian assistance for the displaced persons from Nagorno-Karabakh continues to remain in the spotlight of the Russian side. This was announced during a press briefing by Maria Zakharova, the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, as reported by RIA Novosti.

According to her, a significant humanitarian initiative is planned by the 'Russian Humanitarian Mission' non-governmental organization in the near future.

'In October 2023, around six tons of humanitarian cargo have already been sent to Armenia,' Zakharova reported.
