US Fails to Achieve Ammunition Production Goals
Edita
The United States has failed in its program to produce ammunition, according to the Defense One portal, citing Pentagon data.
It is noted that instead of reaching a production of 100,000 155mm artillery shells per month by the fall of 2025, the country has only achieved 40,000. This represents a significant increase compared to the 14,500 shells produced on February 2022, but the result is significantly lower than the originally planned volume.
