Tehran and IAEA Cooperation Suspended
Edita
The Iranian parliament has approved a bill to suspend the cooperation between Tehran and the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), as reported by RIA Novosti.
Now, agency personnel will not be able to visit the country regularly for nuclear facility inspections, but only in cases concerning their security and with the approval of Iran's Security Council.
Additionally, Tehran accuses the organization and its head, Rafael Grossi, of failing to fulfill their obligations and turning the IAEA into a political tool.
