Israel Strikes Palestinians Seeking Bread and Flour in Gaza
Edita
Israel has struck near a distribution point for aid in Gaza, where thousands of Palestinians had gathered in hopes of receiving bread and flour. The Health Ministry, run by the Hamas group, which is designated as a terrorist organization by the West, reports that 45 people have been killed, with many more injured.
According to media reports, the nearby hospital is so overwhelmed that doctors are forced to treat numerous injured individuals on the floor.
Yesterday, the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights, Volker Türk, criticized Israel for maintaining a blockade on the Gaza Strip for nearly three months, calling for an investigation into the almost daily gunfire occurring near humanitarian aid distribution points.
