Details on the Explosion on the Sevan-Yerevan Highway

On June 13, at 1:25 PM, the crisis management center of the Gegharkunik Regional Rescue Service received a call reporting an explosion at a gas station on the Sevan-Yerevan highway. Rescuers were dispatched to the scene, including two firefighting units from the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
It was determined that an explosion occurred in a parked Mitsubishi Pajero vehicle at the gas station located at the 1st km of the Sevan-Yerevan highway, causing damage to the gas station's roof covering (approximately 10 square meters).
Prior to the arrival of the rescuers, an employee of the gas station (N.K., born in 1964) was hospitalized at a medical center. Rescuers have cordoned off the area.
