Person Who Placed Unknown Flag in Central Yerevan Arrested

Today, an unidentified man placed a homemade flag featuring the Russian tricolor and a Turkish crescent at France Square in Yerevan. The Ministry of Internal Affairs informed Auroranews that the flag has already been removed, and the individual who installed it has been arrested, with administrative actions taken.

Earlier, reports indicated that a flag created by an unidentified artist from an unknown country appeared in the center of Yerevan.
