Pashinyan on the New Catholicos Candidate

The Armenian Apostolic Church is currently undergoing a process to free itself from the clutches of hypocrites and Pharisees, with some attempting to see a Turkish or Azerbaijani trace in this movement. This was stated by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan on Facebook.

“This is the most direct expression of pharisaism when 'Azerbaijani' or 'Turkish' arguments are used as a means to conceal their filth from the Armenian public. Those who use this method are giving external forces the opportunity to disrupt any healthy discourse, derail any reforms, and keep the Armenian Apostolic Church in a deadlock, as it is today.

For any forces that do not wish for the prosperity of Armenia and the Armenian Apostolic Church, it is a gift to have figures like Ktrich Nersisyan, who have defiled the sanctities of our Church. Some are defending Ktrich Nersisyan. What are you defending, whom are you defending—dirt, deception, defilement? In this way, you are defending yourselves, and you have no chance.

The Armenian Apostolic Church will return to Jesus Christ and the Armenian people. Ktrich Nersisyan must vacate the sanctuary.
