Sargsyan on Shahramanyan's Periodic Questionings

The issue of Artsakh cannot be closed with arrests, stated the third President of Armenia, Serzh Sargsyan, during a conversation with journalists. He was responding to a question regarding the periodic summons for questioning of the President of the Republic of Artsakh, Samvel Shahramanyan, and whether this meant they wanted to arrest him and thereby close the chapter on Artsakh.

“No one can close the chapter on Artsakh by arresting anyone,” said Serzh Sargsyan.
