Car Fire Reported in Ararat Region

On May 5, at 15:01, the National Crisis Management Center received a report that a car was on fire on Mher Mkrtchyan Street in the village of Parakar, Ararat region. This was announced by the Ministry of Emergency Situations' rescue service.

A firefighting unit from the fire and rescue department of the capital's emergency service was dispatched to the scene.

It was found that the fire had originated in a parked "VAZ" brand vehicle at number 30 Isahak Gasparyan Street. The fire was contained at 15:28 and extinguished by 15:34. The vehicle was destroyed in the incident.
